- For health and safety reasons, pierced earrings are non-returnable.
- Custom, bespoke, engraved, or altered items are final sale and not eligible for return. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
Return Window
- Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
