• Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Most designs require 7–10 business days for production and inspection before leaving our Colorado studio.
  
  
• Special Orders: Certain designs may require additional production time of up to 4–6 weeks. We will notify you promptly if your order falls into this category.

• Ground (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $150; otherwise $14.
  
  
• 3-Day: Free on orders over $300; otherwise $18.
  
  
• 2-Day: Free on orders over $500; otherwise $24.
  
  
• Overnight: Free on orders over $1,000; otherwise $59.
  
  
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Customs, duties, or delays are the buyer’s responsibility.
